- Our Kitchen components are manufactured from the highest quality products, supporting local Australian manufacturers. These products are regularly evaluated to make sure the highest possible standards are reached and quality is not compromised for our consumers.
- All of our internal cupboards are constructed from an Australian made 16mm moisture resistant melamine product, resisting moisture uptake. (Be aware it is not waterproof). All cupboards feature a solid 16mm back providing strength and durability for each unit. All other board products used in our cabinets also have this feature of moisture resistance.
- Edges of the internal carcass material are sealed with a 1mm ABS white edge. This increases the durability of the units from general wear and tear; from knocks the units could receive by getting items in and out of the cupboards.
- All of our laminate bench tops are locally made, featuring the use of an anti-drip line on post formed edges for extra protection against water. The tops are also manufactured using a single sided white melamine with high moisture resistant properties allowing the tops to be fully protected against an uptake of moisture. Profiles available vary from the traditional bull nose and square edge to a more modern tight radius profile. We do recommend the use of a matt or textured finish over the use of a high gloss laminate on the horizontal bench top surface. Due to wear and tear, the surface abrasion is naturally more visible, and can be prone to exaggerated imperfections in the substrate.
- All hinges used are 'Blum', with closing mechanism (spring) of European design and quality, guaranteed for the life of the Kitchen.
- All drawer systems used are guaranteed for the life of the Kitchen. Regardless of brand, 'Blum' or 'Hettich', both systems are backed up by their listed guarantees.
- The engineered stone products we use for a bench top, feature or splashback, such as Caesarstone or Quantum Quartz, are supported and backed up by a 10 yr warranty. These products are waterproof and non-porous, features which prevent the growth of surface mould and microbes. They have superior strength qualities and are scratch, stain, mould and mildew resistant.
- Our Glass splashbacks are made from a 6mm low iron toughened glass providing superior visual clarity for any paint choice while giving total safety within the Kitchen.
